A Legal Guide To TECHNOLOGY TRANSACTIONS is a primer on the subject of technology transactions and is intended to better enable businesses considering information technology acquisition to frame up their questions and issues for their own staff, for technology suppliers, and for consultants and attorneys who will be involved in the contracting, acquisition, and use of the technology.
